Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the Quit Nic Protocol programme. By signing up, booking the webinar, paying, or using the programme, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

In short: Quit Nic Protocol is coaching, not medical care. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Make Quitting Enjoyable is pay what you choose, from ₹172, with no money-back guarantee. The Quit Mastery recorded webinar sold on its own costs ₹449 and has a 48-hour money-back guarantee. Older options: ₹2,999 on day 10 only if you say you have quit, or ₹749 up front for the call plus the Long-Term Quit Protocol. Read our Refund Policy and Health Disclaimer as well.

1. Who we are

Quit Nic Protocol is run by Aditya Valiyakkal as a sole proprietor in India ("we", "us"). Contact: aditya@thequitnic.com.

2. What we offer

We may change, improve or reschedule any part of the programme. We will give reasonable notice of changes to a webinar you have booked.

3. Coaching, not medical advice

Quit Nic Protocol is a coaching programme. It is not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and we are not doctors. We do not recommend nicotine replacement products or medicines. Talk to your doctor before you begin, especially if you take medication or have a health condition. Please read the Health Disclaimer.

4. No guarantee of results

Quitting depends on you. Figures, stories and examples on this site reflect the experience of past clients and are not a promise that you will get the same result. We do not guarantee that you will quit or stay quit.

5. Who can use the service

The service is designed for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and take part with you. You must give accurate details when you sign up. The service is offered to people in India, and prices are in Indian rupees (INR).

6. Pricing and payment

Make Quitting Enjoyable: you choose the amount, from a minimum of ₹172 (what it costs us to deliver it to one person). The page suggests ₹172, ₹232 and ₹262, or you can type any higher whole-rupee amount. The amount you choose is shown on the pay button before you pay, and it is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Every amount gets the same thing: a simple web page that guides you through ten urge-resisting exercises and tracks your progress, plus the recorded Quit Mastery webinar. It has no money-back guarantee; see our Refund Policy.

Quit Mastery webinar on its own: ₹449, one-time payment for the recorded webinar, with a 48-hour money-back guarantee on the conditions in our Health Disclaimer.

For the older options, you choose one of two when you book:

OptionWhat you payWhat you get
Pay later₹2,999, due on day 10, and only if you have quitThe webinar and the 9-day protocol. The Long-Term Quit Framework unlocks when you pay.
Pay now₹749, paid up frontThe webinar, the 9-day protocol, and immediate access to the Long-Term Quit Framework.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices include any taxes that apply. We may change prices for future bookings, but never for a booking you have already made.

How "Pay later" works

7. Access to what you pay for

Access to the Make Quitting Enjoyable page and the recorded webinar is personal to you. Please do not share your link, resell it or post it publicly. We may stop access to a link that is being shared widely. The tracker page keeps your progress on your own device, so clearing your browser data or switching phones can reset it, and we cannot restore it for you.

Long-Term Quit Framework:

Once unlocked, the Long-Term Quit Framework is yours to use for the life of the programme, for as long as Quit Nic Protocol offers it. Access is personal to you and cannot be shared, resold or transferred.

8. Recording and your conduct

9. Intellectual property

All content, including the Calm Quit Protocol, the "nicotine demon" concept, the Long-Term Quit Framework, the webinar, trackers and cards, the name, logo and website design, belongs to us. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use it for your own quitting. You may not copy, sell, teach or publish it without our written permission.

10. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to it.

11. Communications

By signing up you agree that we may contact you by email and other messages about your webinar, the protocol, your payment and occasional updates. You can opt out of updates at any time. We may still send messages that are necessary for the service you have joined.

12. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows:

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

13. Ending your access

You can stop at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections that are meant to continue (such as payment, intellectual property and limits on responsibility) will continue after your access ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please write to aditya@thequitnic.com first so we can try to sort it out. If we cannot, the courts in Kerala, India will have jurisdiction, except where the law lets you bring a consumer complaint elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you have already booked or paid, the terms in force when you booked apply to that booking.
