Quit Nic Protocol is coaching, not medical care. Nothing on this site, in the webinar or in the protocol is medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we are not doctors.

1. Talk to your doctor

Please speak to a doctor before you begin, and certainly if you:

Stopping smoking can change how some medicines work, so tell your doctor you are quitting. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of anything you read or hear from us.

2. We do not recommend nicotine replacement or medicines

The protocol is built to help you stop using nicotine completely, without patches, lozenges, gum or similar products. We do not recommend or prescribe them or any other medicine. If your doctor has prescribed something, follow your doctor's advice and talk to them before you change anything.

3. If you feel unwell while quitting

Quitting nicotine can bring irritability, low mood, anxiety, poor sleep and strong cravings. For most people these ease in the first days, but not for everyone. Get medical help if you feel very low, hopeless, panicky or unable to cope, or if any symptom worries you.

If you are thinking about harming yourself, or someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital. In India you can also call the free Tele-MANAS mental health helpline on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416, any time.

4. Results are not guaranteed

Quitting depends on many things, including you. Figures, stories and examples on this site describe what happened for past clients. They are not typical for everyone and are not a promise of what you will achieve. We cannot guarantee that you will quit or stay quit.

4B. Make Quitting Enjoyable page

The Make Quitting Enjoyable page is a coaching exercise. It helps you practise saying no to one urge at a time. It is not a medical treatment, and ticking all ten boxes does not mean you have quit or will stay quit.

The page asks to use your front camera for a 10-second smile exercise. Use it only somewhere safe. Do not use it while driving, cycling or operating machinery. You can say no to the camera and still use the page. It is not a medical test of any kind. Please also read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains that this offer has no money-back guarantee.

4A. 48-hour money-back guarantee: Quit Mastery webinar

The Quit Mastery recorded webinar, when bought on its own for ₹449, comes with a 48-hour money-back guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to Make Quitting Enjoyable. It is a guarantee on what you paid for the webinar. It is not a guarantee that you will quit or stay quit (see section 4 above).

To claim your refund:

  1. Watch the full webinar and complete the write-down exercises on paper, as the webinar asks you to.
  2. Within 48 hours of your purchase, email aditya@thequitnic.com or message us on WhatsApp, from the email address or number you signed up with. Attach a clear photo of your completed sheet and tell us that you still want to smoke.
  3. We will reply within 2 working days. If your claim meets these conditions, we refund the full amount you paid for the webinar to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days, though your bank may take longer to show it.

This guarantee covers the Quit Mastery webinar only, one claim per purchase. It does not cover the 1:1 quit call or any other product, which are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we cannot approve a claim, for example because the completed sheet was not sent, we will tell you why.

5. Information, not advice for your situation

What we teach is general. It is not designed around your personal health history. Use your own judgement and your doctor's guidance together with what you learn from us.

6. Using this site

You use the site and the programme at your own risk. Please also read our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
